Return Conditions
- Time Frame: Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all original tags attached, and in their original packaging.
- Sale Items: Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: Wait for our team to provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with return instructions. Returns without an RMA number may not be accepted.
- Pack Your Items: Securely pack the items you’re returning. Include the RMA number clearly on the package.
- Ship Your Return: You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order. Use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- Processing: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
Refunds
- Method: Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
- Timing: Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer’s policies.
Exchanges
- If you need an exchange for size, color, or another item, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Exceptions
- Defective or Damaged Goods: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately for assistance. We will cover the shipping costs for these returns.
- Gift Returns: Gifts can be returned for store credit. The return process will be the same, and an e-gift card will be issued upon processing.
International Returns
- For international customers, please note that you are responsible for all return shipping fees, duties, and taxes. We recommend using a shipping service that provides tracking.
